In the north of the Netherlands there are still few shops and restaurants where tea has a special place, but Yourdailyteacup changed that at the beginning of 2020! Since March, the tea experience store of the North can be found on the Gedempte Zuiderdiep in Groningen.
After a successful first year (and that in corona time), it was time to look further. We've expanded this real tea experience in the form of a shop in Leeuwarden opeen since February 2021.
In the Your Daily Tea Cup shop, we sell special tea flavours and matching accessories, such as teapots and cups, thermoses and storage tins. Would you like to taste the tea? Of course, this is also possible. Sit down at one of the tables and we will serve a delicious cup of tea with some tasty treats. Or go for one of the special tea drinks. In this way. we help to create the complete tea experience. We also have a cup of coffee on offer for die-hard coffee-lovers.
More and more people are now opting for loose tea instead of tea from tea bags and we can only applaud that! That makes your tea moment that little bit more special and it looks cosy, too. With us you can find more than 160 types of loose tea, which you can taste in the store, but of course also to take home. For example, think of the flavours Morning Sunrise, Raspberry Swing and Black Spicy Chai.
The tea from Your Daily Tea Cup originates from tea countries such as China, Japan and India. We have different types of tea in our range: black, green, white, oolong, pu-erh, herbal, mate and rooibos. Most tea actually comes from the tea plant Camellia Sinensis, but there are also teas that we cannot really call tea. This includes, for example, herbal tea and rooibos tea, which come from other plants. And, in addition, we have recently been Skal certified and so we now have a whole lot of 'official' organic teas in the collection. You can find these by searching for the well-known green bio logo.
