MadNes is a sustainable surf-, skate- and music festival and takes place on the beach in the village Nes. For one whole weekend the visitors enjoy surfing lessons, a halfpipe on the beach, bands and DJ's, a floating stage, theatre, making your own clothes, building a wind mil, a beach clean up and lots more. MadNes is a festival with an open character. Come by in the daytime for a cup of coffee at the beach pavilion, go for a round in the smallest ferris wheel of the Netherlands or have a beer at one of the many bands.
