Arrange your affairs without any worries

More and more government services are going digital. This is convenient, but not always easy. Whether it's your state pension (AOW), DigiD, health insurance, or benefits: the IDO staff are working with you and helping you get started.

Two locations, weekly consultation hours

You can go to two places in Den Helder:

Every Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in Julianadorp
Every Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the School 7 library

Free and without appointment

The help is free, even if you're not a library member. Just drop in during office hours. You won't get a ready-made solution, but you will get clear explanations and personalized support. That way, you can get back on track.
