Dissecting owl pellets
On Sunday, February 15th, you can dissect owl pellets. You'll discover what owls eat and why they're so important to nature. Inside the owl pellet, you'll find skulls and bones. The activity runs from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM and is for children aged 6 to 12.
Fresh spring air
On Wednesday, February 25th, head outdoors for the "Fresh Spring Air" excursion. Together with an education coordinator, you'll explore the natural environment around De Helderse Vallei. Through activities, you'll discover what spring brings. From 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, suitable for ages 6 and up.
Caring for nature together
During the excursion, you'll also bring litter pickers and bags. This way, you'll help keep the environment clean. Space is limited for both activities, and advance registration is required.
