Feel the dune wind in your face

Fancy a challenging cross-country run this December? Lace up your shoes and come to the Duincross. On December 6th, you'll run across loose sand, dune paths, and a stretch of beach. The start is from the FC Den Helder sports fields. A course full of wind, sand, and nature, right in the heart of Den Helder's dune landscape.

For young and old, beginner or fanatic

You choose: 6 or 10 km. There are separate distances for children: 1, 2, or 3 km. Are you running to win or just for the thrill? Anything is possible. You can register in advance or on the day at the start.

Walk where city and nature meet

The route takes you through the Donkere Duinen, over the Streepjesberg, and towards the beach. Expect mud, hills, and fresh sea air. Cross-country has never been so good. More information and the full cross-country circuit can be found at noordkopatletiek.nl .
