Open dag in het sprookjesachtige Wildrijk

Step into spring and let yourself be surprised by Wildrijk. A small forest with a big impact. Think: a carpet of blue wild hyacinths, fresh green ferns, and birdsong everywhere.

During this open day, discover the area together with experienced nature guides. Join a guided tour or head out on your own. Walk along winding paths, breathe in the spring air, and hear the forest come to life. Here you see, hear, and feel nature up close.

Wildrijk was originally laid out as a country estate and is now a special nature reserve of 17 hectares. In spring, it is in full bloom with woodland plants such as hyacinths, wood anemones, and crocuses. A place where there is so much to see that every path reveals something new.

At the entrance, volunteers are ready to tell you more about the area and the nature in the Kop van Noord-Holland. Need to warm up? Coffee, tea, and lemonade are available.

Put on your walking shoes and head outside. This is one of those places you just have to experience for yourself.
