Rough sea and strong current

Between the breakwaters, the water is still relatively flat. But beyond that? It's a choppy trough full of waves. So be aware of the height you're going up. This spot requires technique, strength, and experience.

Pay attention to nature and rules

About 2 km further on lies the Razende Bol. This sandbank covers over 700 hectares at low tide. Although kiting is permitted on the west side under certain conditions, we advise against it.

Respect for seals and birds

The Razende Bol is an important resting and breeding area. Seals like to lie there, as do birds on the red list. Give nature its space and choose a different spot.
