From 8.30 in the morning you can have breakfast at Bij Hen: croissants, warm rolls, bread from the bakery in Hollum, fresh orange juice, Ameland yogurt, and a wide selection of toppings. In the afternoon you can either stop for a quick bite to eat or a nice long lunch. At Bij Hen you will find the classis club sandwich with chicken and farmhouse bread with spicy chicken or fried eggs for example. Dinner plans? Bij Hen offers the most delicious chicken dishes. How about a salad with smoked chicken, leek pie stuffed with chicken and mango, chicken piri piri, chicken mozzarella of livers?
