In this Northern Dutch farmhouse are 3 holiday apartments/studios realized: two studios for 2 persons and one apartment for 2 to 6 people. The farmhouse has its original function (from hostel) in part regained.
Located on the edge of Wieringerwaard, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Look from your apartment or from the terrace over the countryside, walking on the dyke to the Marina or the Lake. Plenty of activities and facilities are to be found in the immediate vicinity. This allows dynamic, urban areas exist in addition to pristine, picturesque villages. And empty, strict furnished reclaimed land are right next to whimsical peat meadow areas full of twittering birds. An almost infinitely long coastline with beautiful sandy beaches flanked by beautiful dune areas. The largest continuous flower bulb area in the world. Enjoy a day on the beach. Or ' stitch agree on ' by boat to the island of Texel.
Who loves this diversity of landscapes, villages and cities like Den Helder, Schagen, Callantsoog, Alkmaar, Bergen, Hoorn, Medemblik, Enkhuizen and what further, Haarlem and Amsterdam, where you can go for shopping, fun, art and culture, have come to the right place ....
The apartments On the floor of the House are three apartments: twice an apartment/studio (' rose ' and ' Hortensia ') for 2 persons and an apartment (' Tulip ') which is suitable for 2 to 6 people. The apartments are serviced by a private entrance. All apartments are tastefully decorated and feature a seating area and dining area. All of them have a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee maker and kettle, refrigerator with freezer, microwave/oven. In all apartments is a safe for storing your prized possessions.
The apartments are equipped with a flat screen color TV on the cable connected with many transmitters and wireless use of free internet access. Stone grill plate available on request, gourmet set or toaster. In the garden with several terraces, a large BBQ at your disposal.
The both Studios ' rose ' and ' Hortensia ' are equipped with a double bed. Tulip apartment has a double bed and two single beds on the second floor and an extra wide double bed. A cot and high chair are provided. This can also be placed in the studios.
The apartments are equipped with kitchen towels, tea towels, bath linen and bed linen.
For cycling are available for a small fee. There is also a motor boat for rent.
For groceries can be found at the local supermarket (1 km) or in one of the large supermarkets and shopping at the nearby Anna Paulowna (6 km).
A large conservatory has recently been added. In addition to a large dining table set, it also contains a large lounge set, an open gas fireplace and heating elements. In this way you can more or less sit "outside" in any type of weather.
Location "Nieuwesluis" (a village of Wieringerwaard and belonging to the municipality of Dutch Crown/Anna Paulowna) is an excellent starting point for many types of holidays. It is a kind of 3-countries-point: located at the tip of the Wieringerwaardpolder from 1610, lies in the Northwest the Anna Paulowna polder from 1850 and in the East the Wieringermeer from 1930.
It is very conveniently located close to several tourist attractions and places of interest: a channel enters the water athlete through a more, "the Pishoek", in addition to the amstelmeer, located with the Wadden Sea. A bit further is the IJsselmeer.
