This 66-kilometre bike ride through open farmland, along dikes and past small villages delivers nothing but treats!Â
Frisian farmers are proud of their produce and want people to taste it. Many have roadside farm shops where you can buy straight from the farm. You can pick up things such as fruit, vegetables, potatoes, meat and dairy products, many of which are organically produced. Be sure to bring large panniers with you for the journey!
The route takes you not only to farms, but also to restaurants that serve wonderfully delicious dishes made with local produce.Â
