Steven Klein Nijenhuis has been the proud owner of Herberg Onder de Linden since October 2016. After four wonderful years in restaurant In de Molen in Onderdendam, he succeeded mr. Slenema and moved to Aduard.

The kitchen is difficult to capture in a style. Steven works with the most beautiful Dutch products, combined with herbs and preparations with an French-Asian touch.

The dishes look simple but are stimulating. The menu is served as a surprise menu to really take you on a journey of discovery. 

Exceptions
If you have an allergy, that is difficult for you but no problem for them. They also do not turn their backs on vegetarian and vegan menus.
