Appingedam
Pavilion Overdiep is situated in a unique location in the centre of the medieval trading town of Appingedam (since 1327). Known for its hanging kitchens, old warehouses, beautiful bridges and various waterways.
Enjoy
Come to Paviljoen Overdiep (Overdaips is Gronings for: on the other side of the deep/ the canal). Here you and your family, friends or colleagues can enjoy lunch, dinner, (networking) drinks or a tailor-made package.
The Pavilion can accommodate 70 people in the restaurant, 25 in the conservatory and 100 on the beautiful waterside terrace.
With stunning views of all these historic buildings, this is perhaps the most beautiful place in Appingedam!
Good food
Come and enjoy lunch with your party at Paviljoen Overdiep. Are you with a group (8+)? Then you can, for example, choose a lunch on the table or a 12-hour lunch.
Arrangements
For groups of 10 persons or more, we offer various set menus. Naturally, many other combinations are also possible. These set menus can easily be combined with, for example, a canal cruise or a city walk through Appingedam.
Canoe
The beautiful historic town of Appingedam can also be admired from the water in a canoe. In just under an hour, you can paddle around beautiful Appingedam and pass, among other things, the famous hanging kitchens.
We have a 5 km canoe route in our brochure rack. Feel free to take it with you! It contains a number of sights, information and tips for a possible stop, such as a visit to Museum Stad Appingedam.

Monday to Saturday from 11:00 hrs.
Sunday from 12:00 hrs.
The kitchen is open until 21:00.
