islandhouses at the Langestreek. Then you ride into the calm nature from the island. Then you ride along the lake Westerplas, back to the centre of Schiermonnikoog. Do you like bird watching? Then you can use the bird watchpoint at the lake, and look what special species you can spot.
When you have the last part of this bike ride, then take a break at this historic place, the Bank from Banck and take a rest. This bench is builded at the favorite spot from J.E. Banck. He owned this island between
1859 and 1878 and gave order to build this dike to protect the village against the rough sea.
