Craving some truly excellent salmon? At SalmonOak smokehouse, the fish is prepared by hand using traditional Finnish techniques. The smoking time? A full eight hours.

Slowly smoked, full of flavour

Owner René van Deutekom learned the art of salmon smoking in Norway. He uses various types of brine and Dutch oak for an intense flavor.

Order on time or come by

You can pre-order salmon via WhatsApp. Large orders? Place them a week in advance. Or just drop by for a fresh salmon sandwich.

SalmonOak is open every Friday at Manege Noot in Julianadorp. Is the flag up? There's still salmon. Is the flag down? Then everything's gone!
